What is the difference between 2 & 3 Stage?
The number of stages refers to the number of adjusting pillars that lift the table. The difference lies in the range of adjustment & stability when set at maximum height.
2 Stage models fit well for users with 5’10” feet or less whereas, if the user is taller than 5’10”, it is advised to use 3 stage models.
What is the Difference between single and dual motor?
Single motor desks are powered by one motor (2 stages) and have an 80 kg weight load capacity. Dual motor desks are powered by 2 motors (3 stages) and have 125kg weight load capacity.

What is the maximum weight load of any type of height adjustable desk?
Maximum weight capacity of adjustable height desks is 70 to 100 kg.

What is the Warranty on the products and how does it work?
We offer a 3 years complete warranty on the entire product (except some models where explicitly 1 year is mentioned). For any support during the warranty period, our technical team helps over phone call / video call, and if required we ship the spare part for the defective part to your location. What is your Return/Refund policy?

Can I get a customized tabletop?
We don’t do customizations for the tabletop and we have fixed sizes and colour options available. If you want to get a customized top then you should purchase only the bottom height adjustable frame and you can fix your own top on that.
Can we shift the table from one location to another?
Yes you can, by dismantling the whole desk, moving with care and re-assembling it.
Can we attach caster wheels on desks?
Yes you can only for models: (JHT8-ED3, JHT8-M2, JHT8-ES2, J02-S22DT, JHT30-M2, J11, JWS08) by choosing the right wheels for your models from Desk Accessories section.
How to check if the desk is suitable for my height?
You need to measure your elbow height while standing. If the maximum height of the desk is above your elbow level while standing then the desk is suitable for you
What is the ideal height for a standing desk? And how to use a standing desk ideally?
The ideal height for a standing desk keeps your elbows at a 90-degree angle and your screen at eye level. Adjust it based on your height (e.g., 44” for 5’10”). For best use, alternate between sitting and standing, maintain good posture, use an anti-fatigue mat, and take short movement breaks to avoid strain.
Can I add accessories like monitor arms or keyboard trays?
Keeping in mind desks weight capacity and tabletop size you can decide how many accessories you want to fit.
How do I make the payment and is my payment secure?
To place an order, you need to add the products to cart and then make the payment upon checkout after adding your personal details like address and email. Once the payment is done you will get the confirmation of your order over registered email with invoice. Our payment gateway is powered by Razorpay and is 100% safe secure and reliable. How do I know if my monitor is VESA compatible?
Check the back of your monitor for screw holes in a square pattern or refer to your monitor’s specifications.
How to check if the monitor arm is compatible to my monitor?
JIN office monitor arms support VESA-compatible monitors ( 75x75mm or 100x100mm), If vesa is greater than 100x100mm than a vesa extender would be required

How do I save my memory preset of a height adjustable table/sit stand desk?
To save the memory presets,
- Adjust the height to the desired position by using the arrow keys
- Press & hold the button “M” till the size of the height appears on the screen
- Press the number button to set your preferred height
Do you offer installation assistance?
All of our products are manufactured and designed in a way that can be easily assembled by the customers without needing extra tools. All products are DIY(DO-IT-YOURSELF) Installation. We also provide a detailed installation guide and a detailed installation video from our end for the same. In case if you are stuck or have difficulty understanding a particular step then our team can guide you. However still if you need external assistance, we also have 3rd party paid installation services available in Metro and Tier 1 cities if you want to avail for installation. Error code displaying on standing desk panel?
If any error code is displaying on your height adjustable desk panel, then reach out to us on [email protected] along with your invoice and an image of the error. Our prompt support team will call you and guide you on how to resolve the error
What kind of maintenance does the desk require?
Keep the frame and motor clean by wiping with a dry cloth. Avoid overloading beyond the weight limit. Check screws and bolts periodically to ensure stability. Keep cables organized to prevent damage.
Are monitor arms easy to install?
Yes all the installation tools and manual is included and one person can easily install. Installation time may vary by model. Our customer friendly support team can guide you as well incase of any query.
Do monitor arms damage desks?
No when properly installed. Our arms have clamp or grommet installation options that distribute pressure evenly. Ensure your desk is sturdy enough to support the clamp. All our arms are compatible with all our desks

What are the Delivery timelines?
After placing the order, the order processing takes 1-2 working days post which it will be dispatched. Delivery time for metro cities and major Tier 1 cities is approximately 3 to 4 working days post-dispatch. For Tier 2 cities and remote location delivery timeline is approximately 6 to 7 working days post-dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Order tracking details will get mailed to you once the order is dispatched. You can then track the same with the relevant tracking number on the courier partner website
Where do I get the invoice and can I get GST invoice?
Invoice Copy will get mailed to you within 24 hours of purchase on your registered email address. We provide GST invoice, so that you can avail the GST credit for your business purchase. Just ensure that you must add the GST number while placing the order.
