What are the Delivery timelines?
After placing the order, the order processing takes 1-2 working days post which it will be dispatched. Delivery time for metro cities and major Tier 1 cities is approximately 3 to 4 working days post-dispatch. For Tier 2 cities and remote location delivery timeline is approximately 6 to 7 working days post-dispatch.

How do I know if my monitor is VESA compatible?
Check the back of your monitor for screw holes in a square pattern or refer to your monitor’s specifications.
How to check if the monitor arm is compatible to my monitor?
JIN office monitor arms support VESA-compatible monitors ( 75x75mm or 100x100mm), If vesa is greater than 100x100mm than a vesa extender would be required

All our stands include clips or built-in channels for organizing cables. check product descriptions or photos to confirm further
Can the monitor stand hold heavy or ultrawide monitors?
Check the weight capacity and screen size range in the product description. Some of our stands like J34 and JMS25-C1 are specifically designed for ultrawide or heavier monitors.
Does it allow for height, tilt, swivel and orientation adjustments?
All our stands offer full adjustability: height, tilt, swivel, and portrait to landscape rotation.
Everything about this stand is excellent and unbelievable. Quality of workmanship and components, ease of installation, stability, smoothness of swivel joints etc. I am using two 27 inch monitors. This should work fine for 32″ displays too, though anything larger would be a great fit.

The delivery was quick. The product is of very good quality at very reasonable rate compared to other products in same range. The up & down movement is around 45 degree with 180 degree rotation which is what I was looking for in a mount. The mount base is very sturdy and the 27″ monitors very stable on mount. I did not have to tighten the screws to adjust the screen it rotates perfectly. Little bit of thinking will need to be applied while reading the manual to assemble the mount.
