You can purchase new motor from us after the warranty period of 3 years end. It wont cost much rest everything will definitely stay intact.

It cannot he assembled as DIY as the table top is very heavy. Holes were missing on the table, but you can easily get the holes drilled via a carpenter to assemble. For the amount for the desk, I believe assembling should also be done by seller
