What if the motor stops working after let’s say, 3 years, can we buy new one from you or you will not be able to support there? Or even worse do we get rid of the whole table 😅 in that scenario ? Piyush asked on June 14, 2023

You can purchase new motor from us after the warranty period of 3 years end. It wont cost much rest everything will definitely stay intact.

I was concerned that it would not be sturdy but it is. It arrived undamaged but the box had a big rip. It was easy to assemble but it does require 2 people. I installed the double arm for dual monitors and haven’t had any problems with the added weight. The loudness of the motor is not is fine – it is not loud. Setting the sitting and standing heights was simple and I love it.

After researching about different features, options and vendors of ergonomic tables, I selected this one which was meeting my requirements and budget.
The table is quite sturdy with seamless height adjustment. It was easy to assemble with the guide and video shared by the JIN Office Solutions Team. Since its a DIY, I needed a drill for assembling control panels and took me around 1 – 1.5 hours to put all parts together.

The seller team proactively called me before the dispatch to ask me if they can drill the holes for side legs. That was helpful in setting up the frame. The team also shared the 3 years warranty on WhatsApp with me.
Overall, I consider this purchase a good investment for working lifestyle in work from home setting.

the product does exactly what it is supposed to do. very well made. I wouldn’t say its a drawback but the assembly of it was little difficult and you need an extra hand to assemble it. Also note that the desk is very heavy as it has the motor for the height adjustment. totally recommend it for any person who is looking to get a computer desk.

This is really sturdy. I didn’t expected this much sturdiness from a height adjustable desk. This looks good as well. Packaging was very nice. Easy to assemble but requires few hand tools to mount the table top. I have mounted 1 heavy 32 inch monitor and another 24 inch over a dual monitor stand. Works seamlessly. Motors are silent too. Range is also great. Far better than 2 stage ones.

Go for it if you have a heavier setup and planning to mount a large table top. This can take up all the load and won’t wobble even at height.
