Easy To Assemble: The assembly of the desk is DIY. All screws, Allen key, Levelling guides, grommet screws and tools are included within the box. You just need to follow the installation manual or video to assemble the desk. Installation time is between 15-30 minutes for the entire setup if the instructions are followed properly. We suggest you keep the original box for dissembly.
Leveling Feet: The Desk comes with foot levellers which allow the desk to adapt to environments with uneven floors as well.

The product JHT-ED3(M08-23DE) does not have an option for table top. If I’d place an order for dual motor, height and width adjustable frame, would you be able to send me a custom size top in white? If so what are the charges for custom size? Kriti Sharma asked on May 23, 2023

We only have 2 size options in tabletop 1200x750mm and 1500x750mm (4ft and 5ft). This model is width adjustable so you can fit your custom top out sourced by local carpenter.

No sir. We can give you 3 year motor warranty and chances are less of it not working. Yet if you are looking for something durable you can buy manual.

The product is very sturdy and of good quality heavy frame and paint/coating. I could assemble it single handedly but there are a few suggestions that can make it still easier:
1) A magnetic LN key would help immensely
2) Some in-built level measuring to set the frame
3) A little more sturdy/sophisticated wire

No red flags as such and great product which works as described and Akshay from Jin solutions has been super helpful to address any queries and give guidance

The LED of Display controller went bad. but changing the review rating since Seller Called and Assured to Replace the Display Controller. I feel this is positive development from Seller, Since for such a costly product warranty is a must

On the day of order, I received a welcome call from the Lumi team, this gave me good confidence in the product and service from the team. They helped me with other queries over WhatsApp as well.

Right after receiving the frame, it was quite clear from the weight of it that I have got my worth of money. In the installation process, I saw the very right placement of screws and everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. I am quite sure that I have made a good investment to improve my productivity 🙂
