Frame comes in a single box packing with the frame legs(2), motor, crossbar and other necessary screws and tools for assembly with a manual and warranty card.
This frame can take any load which is upto 60kg. So depends on how heavy is your 36" table. For us it is still unclear to why do you want to place a table on manual height adjustable desk frame instead of the tabletop?!

I bought this a year ago and after using it for almost everyday a year i found it quite useful and worthy. You get good space to work with two laptops and a 19” monitor and accessories around it.
I bought the table top from ikea for 2k and i must say it gave a decent look to the entire package. Do not use local plywood.
The desk movement is easy with the crank at the front.
Personally i feel it is a bit costly for the material used but the roi is good for people working 10-11 hrs a day

The stand is sturdy. Not very easy to assemble. A cross bar between two stands could have made the table more sturdy
Writing after 3 weeks of usage. Must say this is very sturdy and ergonomic table.
It gives you flexibility in length of the table top, you can chose between 90cm to 140cm. The table width can be between 60cm to 85cm.
I purchased an IKEA 100cm x 60cm table top separately.
The manual height adjustment is quite smooth and doesn’t require much of an effort.
Overall assembly took nearly 1 & 1/2 hrs (I am not a pro 😉) and it was hassle free. There is assembly video available online and there is user manual along with the box
