The convenient VESA plate with keyhole slots provides quick display mounting or removal. Cable management along the arm maintains a clean work area by keeping wires organized. Much better than I had expected, the arm is sturdy and flexible, and also easily moves along the pole. Perfectly lifts my second monitor above my first monitor

All required tools are provided Somewhat ok instructional manual, though seller/company should upload some assembly video to youtube. Works smoothly and adjusting monitor with this quite easy Thanks to jin official for this product

Very sturdy and well built monitor arm! It solved all the the issues that i was facing and gave me a movable solution for my monitor that i wanted. This is far better in quality and feel than other brands. Pros 1. Supports heavy and bulky monitors. 2. Has good and clean cable management 3. Has full 360 degree movement from front to back and from side to side as well 4. It has good tilt and rotation features as well 5. The monitor does not sag ( you need to tighten the Allen keys behind monitor to make it tight) 6. It has very smooth gas spring function which allows me to adjust height smoothly. Point to note- Its very important to adjust the gas spring tension via the plus and minus Allen key slot behind arm( turn towards plus if arm is sagging down for heavy monitors and towards minus if arm is staying up for lighter monitors) This is really necesaary and i saw that many other negative reviews were becuase people did not do this step properly and could not use arm properly Cons 1. It supports upto 32 inches only. Please develope something for ultrawide monitor also 2. No colour options

    At first with minimum understand we tried very hard to assemble this wall mount , without connecting the monitor and didnt mounted on wall we tried but it doesnt actually worked, after taking guidance directly from jin office solutions we connected monitor and mounted on wall and tried it works perfectly .

    I’ve installed it for my 32 inch monitor and it is really good. Earlier i was a bit doubtful whether it would hold my monitor properly or not, but it shattered all my doubts. It works and moves so well in all directions and stays well even if extended fully, it’s just that i needed to tweak it a little to make the adjustments according to my monitor’s weight with the Allen key provided in the package. Just tight or loosen it to make the proper adjustment and then you r good to go.
