Cancellation, Return And Refund Policy

Jin Office Solutions is a consumer centric brand and is solely focussed on creating a wonderful buying experience for the consumers. However, despite all the efforts made by us, we understand that there might be cases that you may not want to go ahead with your purchase or wish to return the order even after the product being delivered to you. We have tried our best to design our cancellation and return policy in such a manner that it is in the interest of the consumers, while still keeping in mind the logistics challenges and cost involved in selling heavy and bulk furniture goods.

All our products have a 10-day return policy, details about the policy can be read below:

  1. Order Cancellation

1.1.  Order is placed but not dispatched: Order is generally dispatched within 6-12 hours from the time order is received, so if the cancellation is received within 6 hours from placing the order, the cancellation request shall be accepted and refund shall be processed after deducting the 3% Razorpay payment processing charges. No freight cost or any other charges will be applicable in this scenario.

1.2. Order is placed and dispatched: Once the order is dispatched (we will provide tracking details as a proof), and cancellation request is received, we will evaluate the status of the shipment, if the shipment can be retrieved by us without any additional efforts, we shall not charge any freight charges to you, however if it is in transit, then in such case we shall accept the cancellation request and process the refund after deducting the freight charges incurred by us which may range from INR 700 to INR 1700 depending upon the weight of the product and destination pin code.

In the both the scenario above, you can request for cancellation by dropping a mail to [email protected] along with your order details. Refund shall be processed with 2 to 5 working days of receiving the request.

  1. Return Policy

Jin Office has a return/replacement policy for all of its products (within 10 days of delivery of the product) in the following circumstances:

  1. a) The product delivered is different from what was ordered
  2. b) The item has been received in a physically damaged condition or is found defective in its working after installation.
  3. c) Any parts of the product that are described in packing list are missing.

Jin Office will resolve the issue by sending a replaced part for the damaged part, or sending additional parts or providing adequate reimbursement. We will be responsible for shipping those parts to your location.

However due to any reason if we are not able to correct the defect, then in such case we shall pick up the product from your location and ship it back to our location. We will inspect it in our service centre in Mumbai and ship across the replaced product, or if the customer doesn’t want the product, we will process the entire refund for the same without deducting any cancellation charges

If a customer wants to return the product without any reasons (no questions asked return), in such case return shall be accepted, and refund will be processed after deducting 1.5% Razorpay payment processing charges and to and fro freight charges which would range from INR 1500 to INR 2500

Though the product images are a true representation of the standard product, slight variation in colour replication may occur due to lighting/flash during photography or your monitor settings. Warranty Or Return does not cover basic colour differences or minor imperfections in the product.

In case of un-fulfillable deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, Jin Office Solutions reserves the right to cancel such orders after informing the customer. In case of such cancellations, Jin Office Solutions shall refund the entire amount paid by the customer without any cancellation charges.

Any dispute is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

FAQ's

Ans. You can place the return request by dropping us an email on [email protected] along with your invoice and mentioning in the mail subject: Product Return

Ans. The product must be returned in unassembled state and in the original package. The product should be safely arrange in the package and should be tightly packed with cello tap to avoid any loss in transit. The customer has to take a print out of the shipping label/invoice and affix it on the product so that we can arrange for the pickup.

Ans. The refund will be processed once the shipment has been received and inspected at warehouse. Once product is received in our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 to 4 days of receipt.
