Jin Office Warranty Policy

Jin Office products have 3-year or 1 year warranty as per the details mentioned in the product listings which was purchased (on Amazon or Jin Office Official Website) from the date of invoice against any functionality defects. Refurbished products have 1 year warranty.

  1. Warranty Terms:

1.1 This warranty covers all moving and functionality parts only. The decision to repair/replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of Jin Office based on the information submitted by our customer care representative.

1.2 Replacement of any specific spare part of the product is subject to availability of stock. In case the substitute / alternate spare part is not available with us, Jin Office reserves the right to offer a product which is similar to the model purchased at a deep discount price or offer a reasonable compensation for the product considering period of usage (as explained in point 1.6).

1.3 The resolution to warranty claim can be provided in the form of video call OR visit of service technician OR sending replacement spare of the affected part(s).

1.4 For defects in product parts, which are covered under warranty, if we ship the replacement parts to you, it will be free of charge and we will provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions as all our products are DIY. We will not bear any labour charges for the same

1.5 Due to newer models being introduced frequently, Jin Office is not liable to maintain spares after the 3-year or 1 year warranty period ends for the product.

1.6 In case of issues in models which have been discontinued or models where spare part is not available during the warranty period, we will try if a repair can be done or in case a repair is not possible, we will offer a compensation which will be proportionate to the period of usage. This means for every year you own it; you would receive less and less compensation. The compensation will be provided via UPI or bank transfer to your required account.

(e.g.: If product price is INR 30,000, and warranty for that product is 3 years, customer used it for 2 years, and if there is some issue which cannot be resolved and spare is not available, then compensation will be INR 10,000, as 1 year is remaining out of 3 years warranty)

  1. Warranty does NOT include following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Changes in the product’s appearance that occur over time with regular use. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, scuff marks, dents, bends in metallic parts, wrinkles, and fading or discoloration.

Usage-Related Changes: Any cosmetic/structural changes, stuck screws, wobble, shaking, etc that develop as a result of normal handling and day-to-day usage.

Please mention the following details in the mail Order ID: a brief description of the support required, images or videos of the issue faced, Invoice, & your contact details. Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours and strive to provide a final resolution within 7-14 working days from the date of complaint.

  1. Warranty Policy for Refurbished Products:

The Jin Office warranty policy will be applicable for refurbished products as well. Warranty for refurbished products will be 1 year.
