Jin Office Warranty Policy

All the Jin Office products have an exclusive 3-year warranty (whether purchased on Amazon, Flipkart, or our E-commerce website) from the date of delivery against any functionality defects. Except for some products which have 1 year warranty (Will be mentioned in product title)

Warranty Terms:

1.1 This warranty covers all moving and functionality parts including the motor. The decision to repair/replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of the company based on the situation of the product and availability of spare parts.

1.2 Replacement of any specific spare part of the product is subject to availability of stock. In case the substitute / alternate spare part is not available with us, either a lead time would be applicable for the spare part or Jin Office reserves the right to offer a product which is similar to the model purchased at a deep discount price or offer a reasonable compensation for the product considering period of usage.

1.3 The resolution to warranty claim can be provided in the form of video call OR visit of service technician OR sending replacement spare of the affected part(s).

1.4 For defects in product parts, which are covered under warranty, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions. You may replace the parts by yourself, but we won’t be responsible for any labour costs incurred for the replacement. if in case any technical assistance is needed, A nominal charge will be applicable.

1.5 Since we introduce new models for our desks/monitor stands frequently considering market demand and needs, Jin Office would not be liable to provide any service or spares after the 3-year free warranty period.

1.6 For Warranty related communications, the soft copy of the invoice will be sole source document

2.      What does our Warranty cover?

All the functional component of the products is covered under the warranty policy of Jin Office Solutions. The functional parts of the tables are specified below

1.      Metal Structure

2.      Motor

3.      Control panel

4.      Adapter

 

3.      Warranty does NOT include following:

Appearance of the product or any damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product usage given its aging, nature, function, composition as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use

Damage to table top reported after 10 days from date of delivery would not be covered under warranty.

Scratches, marks, dents, wrinkles, colour-fading including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage.

Please mention the following details in the mail Order ID: a brief description of the support required, images or videos of the issue faced, Invoice, & your contact details.

Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours and strive to provide a resolution within 7-14 working days from the date of complaint.

Warranty Policy for Refurbished Products:

Only 1 Year warranty will be applied for refurbished products and all terms mentioned above will remain the same.
