Warranty Terms
Jin Office Warranty Policy
All the Jin Office products have an exclusive 3-year warranty (whether purchased on Amazon, Flipkart, or our E-commerce website) from the date of invoice against any functionality defects except certain models where explicitly 1 year warranty is mentioned.
- Warranty Terms:
1.1 This warranty covers all moving and functionality parts including the motor, control panel and adapter.
1.2 Replacement of any specific spare part of the product is subject to availability of stock. In case the substitute / alternate spare part is not available with us, either a lead time would be applicable for the spare part or Jin Office reserves the right to offer a product which is similar to the model purchased at a deep discount price or offer a reasonable compensation for the product considering period of usage.
1.3 The resolution to warranty claim can be provided in the form of video call OR visit of service technician OR sending replacement spare of the affected part(s).
1.4 For defects in product parts, which are covered under warranty, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions as all our products are DIY.
1.5 Since we introduce new models for our desks/monitor stands frequently considering market demand and needs, Jin Office would not be liable to provide any service or spares after the 3-year free warranty period
1.6 In case of issues in models which have been discontinued or models where spare part is not available during the warranty period, either a repair will be done or in case a repair is not possible, we will offer a compensation which will be proportionate to the period of usage. This means for every year you own it; you would receive less and less compensation. That compensation can be redeemed via UPI transfer or it can be adjusted against any purchase you wish to do from us at that time.
(e.g.: If product price is INR 30,000, customer used it for 2 years, and if there is some issue which cannot be resolved, then compensation will be INR 10,000, as total warranty is 3 years)
- Warranty does NOT include following:
Appearance of the product or any damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product usage given its aging, nature, function, composition as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use. Scratches, marks, dents, wrinkles, colour-fading including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage.

Please mention the following details in the mail Order ID: a brief description of the support required, images or videos of the issue faced, Invoice, & your contact details. Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours and strive to provide a resolution within 7-14 working days from the date of complaint.
- Warranty Policy for Refurbished Products:
The Jin Office warranty policy will be applicable for refurbished products as well. Warranty for refurbished products will be 1 year.
